It’s a managed service. We design an agent around a business process and take care of its deployment and ongoing operation.
Can an agent work with our current tools?
We assess your software and access requirements before proposing a workflow. API support, permissions, and the task itself determine what can be connected.
Can I review actions before they happen?
Yes. We agree on approval rules during setup. An agent can prepare a payment or message for review and only proceed within the permissions you define.
How soon can we get started?
Timing depends on the process, integrations, and testing required. We confirm a deployment plan after reviewing the job with you.
Do I have to choose an AI model?
No. AgentNext selects technology for the workflow and manages updates. Your agent’s business responsibilities remain the starting point.
What is included in $2,500 per month?
The monthly fee covers hosting and infrastructure, monitoring and alerting, maintenance and support, continuous optimization, and model upgrades. Deployment starts at $2,500 one-time. Unusually high third-party usage such as voice, SMS, or paid APIs may be billed separately.
